Calmy (operated by Highintent) offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your charge date – no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Calmy purchases and handles all refund processing.
You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net to manage your subscription and request a refund directly.
- Email us at support@calmy.life and we will coordinate with Paddle to issue your refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your Calmy account or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
