What happens at the end of my 14-day Pro trial?

If you haven't upgraded by day 14, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. You won't be charged - there's no card on file during the trial. Any calendars beyond the Free limit (1) will be disconnected automatically, keeping your primary calendar active. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to restore the higher limits.

What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Enterprise?

Free includes 1 connected Google calendar, unlimited bookings, your personal booking page, AI scheduling chat, Slack integration, and the embeddable widget. Pro ($9.99/mo) adds up to 3 connected calendars, priority email support, and conflict checks across all your calendars. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, a dedicated support contact, custom contracts and invoicing, and security/legal review - pricing is custom.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Click 'Upgrade to Pro' on this page or in your dashboard. You'll be taken to a secure Paddle checkout. Once payment succeeds, your account upgrades instantly - no need to log out or refresh.

How do I downgrade or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Go to Admin → Billing and choose 'Cancel subscription'. Your Pro plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep everything you paid for. After that, your account moves to Free and any calendars beyond the Free limit are disconnected (your primary calendar stays).

Will I lose my data if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

No. Your bookings, event types, integrations, and personal booking page all stay intact. The only change is that extra connected calendars beyond the Free limit are disconnected - they can be re-added if you upgrade again.

How do I update my card or download invoices?

Accepted Answer

All billing management - updating your payment method, viewing invoices, and cancelling - lives in Admin → Billing. We use Paddle's hosted customer portal, so everything is handled on a secure payment page.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and regional methods like SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, and Bancontact depending on your country. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Do prices include tax / VAT?

Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Paddle automatically calculates and adds the correct VAT, GST, or sales tax for your country at checkout, and remits it to the relevant tax authority on our behalf.
