# Calmy

> Calmy is an AI-powered B2B calendar and booking network. Solo hosts share a personal page at calmy.life/{slug}; B2B teams embed Calmy as a demo page calendar with full tracking for B2B CRO and tracking B2B meetings end-to-end. Once both sides are on Calmy, the AI books meetings from a chat prompt — "book 30 min with Andrew next Tuesday" — without back-and-forth.

Calmy works for three audiences:
- Solo professionals — a clean booking page at calmy.life/{slug}
- B2B teams — a demo page calendar (embeddable, trackable B2B widget) for B2B CRO, with Slack/HubSpot/Attio integrations for tracking B2B meetings
- The Calmy network — AI booking across everyone on Calmy
